Automated Pipeline

The Automated Pipeline allows users to execute multiple ESTPiper modules automatically. By selecting parameters for each module at the beginning, ESTPiper can transfer results between modules without human interaction. You will receive an e-mail message when results are ready, and results include a uipara file that can be used to quickly apply the same parameters to a future run on new data.

For help with specific modules, please consult the individual module page. A previous uipara file can only be used if all parameters in all modules are the same.

Check this box to re-use parameters from a previous "Automated Pipeline" execution. You will be prompted to upload the uipara file from your previous results. Note: the "uipara" file must be obtained from "Auto Pipeline" module
